I once was lost, but now am Founders

Residence.
I'm moved in, my setup is sweet and cozy. My computer doesn't roar when I turn it on. Tomorrow I'll bring oreos for my neighbours. Chocolate is as good an icebreaker as any in a residence as large as this one. Right off the hop, I ran into all my friends. I dropped my stuff and helped them move in to Winters, and we had a great time catching up and muscling fridges up the stairs. Though the concept of a bunch of third and fourth year students running back into residence is alien to most trent students, Toronto rent prices makes many happy to do so. I've found it to be great for maintaining community in an otherwise big campus/big city kind of atmosphere.
I was welcomed back to the winters quad this evening by a skunk ambling across my path not ten feet from me. I'm sorry, but they are possibly the coolest nightlife on campus. They shuffle and whuffle so amiably.
I was a big dork for stressing about it all. Please be good to me and don't rub it in too much.
After a night of online haggling, my courses are as follows. I know Meags will envy me the first one.
-Cinema Quebecois
-Private Djembe lessons Yes, it covers a degree requirement...
-Moments in Canadian Art History
-Colour Photography
-BW Photography
-Workers' Organizations: the labour movement and democracy in Canada
I'd like to pick up another course, if I can find the time. It's a royal tossup between Medieval Stained Glass in context, the foundations of Christianity, The postmodern Body, and historical techniques. All of these courses are full at the moment, but I will continue to haggle for them. I can't stop checking.
