. the cover of bme

Yup, wrote an experience that got on the cover of Body Modification Ezine...but rest assured that I won't be sending 5 copies to my mother. If anyone wants the link, ask me. I'm as pleased as pop.
Today I cried in class...actually, I managed to leave class beforehand, but just barely. There was a concepts critique, and my TA really didn't like my ideas. And she got somewhat patronizing, so I left and cried, feeling as if the little butterflies of my creativity had just had their wings pulled off. Poor little butterflies.
I am soon to go out and do nothing with Conor. He had a dramatic day of calling Eaton's centre security on dangerous homeless people. We'll make each other feel better, I'm sure.
As for the sickness, I expect I'll be fine in two days. Today I was much better. Read: I managed to not cough the entirety of my lungs out.

Congrats on the cover shannon dear. and yeah I'm totally game for your iam months if you feel like giving them to me.

I fell in love with this little jose kid because he's grinning in his photo with his hands on his hips in a ragged white soccer t-shirt, and some kids are in behind him kicking a ball by some huts. And you know, I just thought; he's a kid, a real live kid who likes soccer and doesnt have enough to eat.

I'd forgotten that your little girl was from Mexico, at some point you and I should go on a trip to visit these little kids.
