desiree's idea...teefed!
Things that make me happy:
good early mornings
physical activity
my fam
toffifees
sharing stuff
paintings that actually turn out like I want them to.
Today in theatre class, we partnered up. One partner laid down and closed their eyes. The other gently took control of their partner's head, lifting it, rocking it. The inert person couldn't help in any way. For five wonderful minutes, I just breathed on my back, and felt the sensation of not having to hold my head up. The five minutes where I was in control of my partner were beautiful. How do you thank someone for cradling your head in their hands?

I have a passage for you to read... in a book I love called 'Battered Soles'
The author describes his feeling during the same theatre exercise.
